Terrible company. The bobble head I received looked nothing like the picture I sent them. This is the response I got when I emailed them:

1.We are very sorry for our products did not satisfy you.We admit that our artists did not do well enough in the details, because it is custom-made by hand, not machine production, and some defects cannot be avoided.
2.Carving art is a very subjective process. It is an art, not a science.All custom made bobbleheads are not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. It's hard to achieve 100% similarity.We hope you can understand and forgive us.
3.Our artists have spent a long time on your works, as well as the high cost of materials. The price of our website products is the lowest in the whole network, and we don't have much profit to earn.
4.We apologize to you again.It is our shame not to satisfy our valued customers. We will do a good job in the future and make as many customers satisfy. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance.
